Welcome to Heritage Senior Living
Heritage Senior Living is a 24 bed assisted living facility located just
one block off of main street in Madison, South Dakota. There are
several churches, banks and stores within the walking distance.
Heritage provides individual suites for each resident. The suites
each have their own temperature controls for the residents comfort.
There are several common areas, including an outside patio area for
residents to visit with one another as well as family and friends.
Our Mission is to provide excellent service, to provide a
home- like environment which includes diversity, creativity and
strong integrity, and to allow our residents the comfort of knowing
that assistance is always available while maintaining their dignity.
Heritage Senior Living is a non-discriminatory facility. Residency
will not be denied to any person because of sex, race, religion,
handicap or national origin. Prospective residents need to
be 55 years of age or older, independently mobile and able to
manage their own activities of daily living independently or with
the assistance of one person.
Heritage Senior Living does not accept Medicaid ( Title XIX) or Medicare.
